I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
There is $75 reschedule fee for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. An invoice will be emailed and once remitted you may reschedule.

I give grace when someone has to reschedule last minute. life happens and appointments need to be rescheduled due to sickness or emergencies. My reschedule policy will allow for ONE rescheduled appointment within the 24 hour period. If rescheduling becomes a common practice I will enforce the reschedule as a cancellation.

I will always do what I can to ensure that you are happy with your service. If for some reason you feel we did not meet your goals as determined during our consultation. Please notify me within 3 days of your service and I will invite you back in to make adjustments, at no charge. This offer is only extended (for chemical services) if the hair care recommended is purchased through me. I can not guarantee the authenticity of products purchased elsewhere and what their affect may be on your hair. This does not apply if I provide the service we agreed upon at the consultation and you've changed your mind aft.r you see it on you. I do not provide refunds of any kind for any service rendered. Products purchased from me can be exchanged for another product within 7 days of purchase.

I love children! I love them so much that I must insist, if a child is not receiving a service, they not attend your service with you. I have hot tools, sharp tools and chemicals that are required to perform my job and are in no way suited for your sweet littles. Children 10 and up that are able to sit quietly in our waiting area, may attend when needed.

I have structured my service pricing to be customizable to each guests individual hair . Most services are shown with a price range. Each color, highlight or treatment service is designed with specific product and time allotments built in. Please know that if you have long hair, thick hair, porous hair or hair that is resistant to color or takes longer to process due to natural melanin level, additional product and time will be charged.
I will do my best to estimate this for you in our consultation, however if this is our first session together, I don’t know your hair and will not know until we are into the service. Thank you for your understanding and allowing me to continue to keep my prices fair for all guests.
